Refund and Return Policy
At Skyhook Technologies, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Window
Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received. It must also include the original box, accessories, manual, invoice, and packaging.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing major accessories from the package
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product is used, scratched, broken, or damaged by the customer
- Product box or accessories are missing
- Return request is raised after 7 days of delivery
- Product is damaged due to mishandling, water damage, accident, or unauthorized repair
- Customer no longer wants the product after successful delivery, unless approved by our support team
Unboxing Video Requirement
To help us verify damage, wrong product, or missing item claims, customers are strongly advised to record a clear unboxing video from the start of opening the package.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or another approved method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges or payment gateway charges may be non-refundable where applicable.
Replacement
In case of a verified defective or damaged product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong product delivered, return pickup may be arranged by us where service is available.
If return pickup is not available in your area, customers may be requested to ship the product back to our address.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the return policy will apply after delivery.
