Standard delivery usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
Delivery time may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, incorrect address, remote location, or high order volume.
Shipping Charges
We may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotions. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate delivery details. Skyhook Technologies will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect phone number, incomplete address, wrong PIN code, or customer unavailability.
If the order is returned to us due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.
Damaged Package
If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
